By accessing or using GamersAid Servers ("GamersAid", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all services provided by GamersAid Servers, a South African company operating under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. GamersAid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime as defined in our SLA (Section 4). Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email and our Discord server.
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

Game servers must only run games and mods that are legally obtained. Servers hosting pirated game clients, cracked launchers, or facilitating cheating in online games may be suspended without warning.
All prices are displayed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT at the current South African rate (15%) is included in all listed prices.
Services are billed monthly in advance on the date of initial purchase. Your server will remain active for the full billing period even if you cancel, and will not auto-renew after cancellation.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new server plans. If you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days, contact us at support@gamersaidservers.com for a full refund.
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. You have 72 hours to update your payment details before your server is suspended. Suspended servers are held for 7 days before deletion. GamersAid is not responsible for data loss resulting from non-payment.
GamersAid guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime on all server plans, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

To claim a credit, contact support within 14 days of the incident with your server ID and approximate downtime window. Credits are applied to the next invoice and are not redeemable for cash.
All GamersAid nodes operate on solar power with battery backup. Our SLA covers all downtime including during periods of Eskom load shedding. Solar infrastructure failure is not classified as force majeure for the purposes of our SLA.
GamersAid is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it — in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

We use a minimal set of cookies required for the website and control panel to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may decline non-essential cookies using the banner on our website. Essential cookies (session, CSRF) are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
